A SharePoint-powered intranet portal brought secure, fast document access to Cenversa and its sister companies.

Cenversa and its eight sister companies manage thousands of customers, each with a substantial amount of information to track. The business needed to associate every customer's unique ID with their documents, give staff secure access on the move, and remove unauthorised access risk.
Exigo Tech, a Microsoft Solutions Partner, integrated Cenversa's traditional ERP system with SharePoint Online, designing an intranet portal that let staff locate customer files quickly and edit documents with near real-time visibility of changes.
Cenversa needed to replace manual, fragmented document handling with a fast, secure and automated system.
Thousands of customer documents were tracked without an automated, unified system.
Staff needed to securely access customer documents while on the move.
Confidential company information needed stronger protection from unauthorised access.
Creating new sites and document libraries for each customer or supplier was a manual, repetitive task.
Exigo Tech built a SharePoint Online intranet portal integrated with Cenversa's ERP and automated with Power Automate.
A SharePoint-based portal gave staff fast, seamless access to customer files and information.
Power Automate was used to automatically create team sites and document libraries for new customers and suppliers.
Office 365 and SharePoint groups defined viewing and editing permissions without managing individual access.
A custom search panel let staff find documents instantly by entering just a few keywords.
Cenversa has been working with Exigo Tech to move our file server and intranet to the cloud. During the initial discussions we identified a customer and supplier centric architecture that would be scalable for many years to come and ensure our information is stored securely and in a structured format. Exigo Tech went above and beyond by leveraging Power Automate, PowerShell scripting and Azure functions to automate the complete process of creating sites, document libraries and folders as well as applying the relevant permissions.
