Flow Power is one of Australia’s fastest-growing energy retailers, serving some of the country’s best-loved brands and organisations. Operating since 2009, Flow Power empowers Australian businesses to unlock value from the wholesale energy market, partnering with them to rethink and reshape how they use energy.
As the business grew, Flow Power recognised the need to modernise its operational processes. A large number of manual processes and a legacy finance system with limited capabilities created bottlenecks across its workflows, while inefficient integrations with core business systems held back its revenue-capturing capabilities.
Flow Power set out to automate these processes, strengthen its reporting capabilities, and give teams structured, accessible data to support faster, more confident decision-making.

Our corporate structure involves multiple business entities and databases, and managing the ERP implementation process was challenging.
