Project Overview
Polyseal needed to update its infrastructure, upgrade an ageing SharePoint environment, strengthen web and email security, and give its growing remote workforce better ways to collaborate — all without disrupting customer service.
Exigo Tech partnered with Polyseal, combining managed services expertise with Microsoft solutions to meet these needs. After studying the existing infrastructure and business processes, we carried out a complete migration from an on-premises environment to the cloud with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
The local Exchange server was migrated to Office 365 alongside a new SharePoint site structure, with a large volume of data moved with no loss of operational time. Tools such as Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business and OneDrive for Business were rolled out to keep in-office and remote teams connected and productive.
