Most organisations now have some AI in use: a few Copilot licences, a chatbot pilot, maybe an agent or two. The harder step is making AI a normal, trusted part of how work gets done. Microsoft calls this Frontier Transformation, where AI becomes a repeatable, governed capability built into business processes, customer engagement and everyday work. Getting there needs two things working together: AI grounded in your own data and context, and the trust controls to see, govern and secure every agent you run. Our Frontier Transformation Engineering brings both.
Microsoft Partner
Grounded in Your Intelligence
AI that works from your data, documents and business context through Foundry IQ and Microsoft 365.
Trust by Design
Identity, data protection, threat monitoring and agent governance set up before use spreads.
Full Lifecycle Delivery
One partner across design, build, deploy, govern, secure and operate.
Repeatable, Not One-Off
Shared patterns and a common platform make each new use case faster than the last.
Measured Business Value
Adoption, quality and cost are tracked so leaders can see what AI is returning.
Each offering maps to a stage of Microsoft’s Frontier lifecycle, so you can start where you are and add stages as your AI use grows.

We assess readiness, rank use cases across employee experience, customer engagement and business processes, and agree the order, owners and value measures for each, so investment follows evidence rather than enthusiasm.
We prepare the data and knowledge your AI needs, using Foundry IQ, Azure AI Search, Microsoft 365 content and Microsoft Fabric, with permissions respected end to end, so every answer reflects only what each user is allowed to see.
Our engineers build Copilot extensions, Copilot Studio agents and custom agents on Microsoft Foundry, integrated with your line-of-business systems and taken through testing, evaluation and release to production.
We set up Microsoft Entra identities for agents, Microsoft Purview data protection and Microsoft Defender threat monitoring, plus an agent register, clear owners for every agent and a responsible-AI policy your leaders approve.
We monitor quality, usage and cost, tune agents as your business changes, and report value to leaders, with ongoing support through our managed services where needed.
Use cases move from isolated pilots into everyday processes, teams and customer services.
A shared platform and proven delivery patterns shorten each new build and lower its risk.
Leaders can see which agents are running, what data they access and how well they perform.
Usage and spend stay visible, forecastable and governed as adoption grows across teams.
Delivery follows Microsoft’s Frontier lifecycle, patterns and partner standards.

Learn moreFrontier Transformation is Microsoft’s term for the stage where AI becomes a repeatable, governed capability built into everyday work, business processes and customer engagement, rather than a set of separate pilots. It rests on two foundations: AI grounded in your organisation’s own intelligence, and trust controls that keep every agent observable, governed and secure.
A Frontier Transformation Engineer is a partner engineer who has earned Microsoft’s Frontier Transformation Engineer badge. The badge combines Microsoft certifications, including GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect and Azure AI app and agent development, with hands-on project-readiness training, so the engineer can deliver governed AI across the Microsoft stack.
The way of working is the same: engineers embedded with your team who take AI into production and stay accountable for results. Forward deployed engineering is the industry-wide name. Frontier Transformation Engineering is Microsoft’s version, focused on its full stack and its lifecycle from design through to secure, ongoing operation.
It is a Microsoft partner specialisation for partners who can design, build, deploy, govern and secure AI agents across the Microsoft stack. To earn it, a partner needs four prerequisite specialisations, five engineers with the Frontier Transformation Engineer badge, three with the DP-600 certification, and a third-party audit of its delivery capability.
It spans Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio for work and agents, Microsoft Foundry and Foundry IQ for custom AI and knowledge, GitHub Copilot for engineering, Microsoft Fabric for data, and Microsoft Entra, Purview and Defender for identity, data protection and security. We select only what your use cases need.
Most organisations start with our AI Readiness Assessment to rank use cases and check data and security foundations, then run a proof of concept on the strongest idea. If you already have pilots in place, we can start by reviewing them against the Frontier lifecycle and planning the path to production.
Yes. We work with organisations across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Wollongong, on-site or remotely. Local account management is backed by our wider Microsoft AI engineering team, so your roadmap reflects both your business priorities and practical delivery experience on the Microsoft stack.
Our governance work maps to the National AI Centre’s Guidance for AI Adoption and considers the Privacy Act 1988, including the automated decision transparency obligations that start on 10 December 2026. We flag where legal advice is needed. Final compliance depends on your environment, data and legal obligations.
