Custom AI Agent Development for Secure, Governed Agents That Do Real Work

Design and deploy production-grade AI agents on Microsoft Foundry that connect to your systems, work with trusted business data, complete multi-step tasks, and keep people in control of high-impact decisions.

Complete the Work, With People Still in Control

Building an AI agent prototype is relatively easy. Making one dependable enough to operate inside a real business is much harder. Production agents need to work across systems, maintain context through multi-step tasks, respect existing permissions, recover when something goes wrong, and provide a clear record of the actions they take.

Agents read and act in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and line-of-business systems through governed tools.

Core Offerings: Custom AI Agent Development Services

Our custom AI agent development services take a defined business process and engineer an AI agent that can operate securely across your systems, data, and workflows.

We map the process, decisions and exceptions, then define what the agent does, what it hands to people, the tools it needs and how success will be measured. You approve the design, including expected volumes and running costs, before any build work starts.

We build pro-code agents with Microsoft Agent Framework and Foundry Agent Service, using single agents or multi-agent workflows where a process needs specialists, such as triage, research and action. Code sits in your repository, not ours.

We connect agents to Dynamics 365, Power Platform and line-of-business systems through APIs and MCP tools, and ground answers in your approved content so responses can be traced to source.

We configure content safety, Microsoft Entra agent identity, least-privilege access and approval steps for high-impact actions, aligned to your AI governance policy.

We evaluate quality and safety against agreed test sets, release the agent to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot or your own app, and hand over runbooks, dashboards and monitoring to your support team.

FAQs

It is the design and build of AI agents that complete multi-step work for a specific business process, not just answer questions. A custom agent can read your data, call your systems, follow rules you set and ask a person to approve sensitive steps. We build them on Microsoft Foundry with Microsoft Agent Framework.

Copilot Studio suits many agents inside Microsoft 365 and Power Platform and is quicker to start. A pro-code agent on Microsoft Foundry fits when you need complex orchestration, several cooperating agents, custom integrations, strict networking or full control of models and testing. We recommend the simplest option that meets the requirement.

Agents can connect to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 content, Azure data services and line-of-business systems that expose APIs. We use Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools and OpenAPI connections where they fit, with authentication and access managed centrally so each agent reaches only what its job needs.

Each agent gets its own Microsoft Entra identity and least-privilege access. High-impact actions wait for human approval, content safety filters are applied, and every run is traced so you can see what the agent did and why. Controls follow your AI governance policy and are tested before release.

Agent costs come mainly from model usage and tool calls, so we estimate them during design using expected volumes. We choose models that fit each task, set usage limits where needed and show consumption after go-live, so there are no surprises on your Azure or Copilot bill.

You receive runbooks, monitoring and evaluation results so your team can support the agent. Many clients then add new tasks or a second agent using the same tools and controls. Ongoing operations and improvement can be supported by our AI managed services once they are available in your region.

Yes. We design and build custom AI agents for organisations across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Wollongong. Workshops run on-site or online, and delivery draws on our wider Microsoft AI engineering team across the region, so local context and build capacity come together.

Microsoft Foundry is available in Australian Azure regions, and we design agents to use in-region resources wherever the chosen models and tools support it. We confirm data location for each component during design and reference the Privacy Act 1988. Final compliance depends on your environment and obligations.
