Microsoft 365 Copilot can help across everyday work, but HR, finance, projects, service teams, and other functions often need something more focused. They want quick answers from their own policies, procedures, files, and project information without searching through folders or asking the same people for help.
Microsoft Partner
Agents for Each Team
Give HR, finance, project and service teams agents shaped around their own questions and content.
Grounded in Your Content
Agents answer from approved SharePoint sites, files and Copilot connectors, with sources people can check.
The Right Agent Type
Choose between prebuilt, SharePoint and declarative agents, and know when Copilot Studio or Microsoft Foundry fits better.
IT Stays in Control
Agents are reviewed, published and scoped to the right people through the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Adoption That Sticks
Owners, starter prompts and simple guidance help each team use its agents every week.
We help organisations move from individual agent experiments to a useful, reviewed, and manageable set of Microsoft 365 agents.

We work with team leads to list the questions they answer repeatedly and the content behind them. Each idea is matched to a prebuilt agent, an agent in SharePoint or a declarative agent, with an owner and a success measure.
Agents answer from content people can already reach, so we review permissions, sharing links and labels on the sites each agent will use, and fix oversharing before release. Sites that are not ready are held back until they are.
We build agents in Agent Builder and SharePoint with clear instructions, conversation starters and approved knowledge. Where an agent needs live data from another system, we build a declarative agent with actions in the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit.
We set up agent sharing settings, the approval workflow in the Microsoft 365 admin center, owners and access scopes, and spending policies for metered agent use, so IT can see every agent and what it costs.
We launch agents team by team with short training, owner guides and usage reviews, then retire or improve agents that people are not using.
People find policies, procedures and project details in seconds, without searching folders or waiting on colleagues.
Agents turn Microsoft 365 Copilot licences into everyday tools for specific roles and recurring tasks.
A reviewed, searchable catalogue replaces unmanaged agents nobody owns or maintains.
Permission fixes and labels stop agents surfacing what they should not.
Every agent has an owner who keeps its content and instructions current.

Learn moreMicrosoft 365 agents are focused versions of Microsoft 365 Copilot built for a specific job, such as answering HR policy questions or summarising project files. Each agent has its own instructions and approved knowledge, and people use it in Copilot Chat, Teams or SharePoint. Agents can be prebuilt by Microsoft or partners, created in SharePoint, or built as declarative agents.
An agent in SharePoint is created from a site, library or selected files and answers questions about that content. A declarative agent is defined with instructions, knowledge and optional actions. It can draw on several sources, including Teams, Outlook and Copilot connectors, and can call other systems for live data when built with the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit.
Microsoft 365 agents suit knowledge and productivity tasks inside Microsoft 365. When an agent must run multi-step workflows, serve customers or connect deeply to business systems, Copilot Studio is usually the better fit. When you need your own models or orchestration, we recommend a custom agent on Microsoft Foundry. We help you choose before anything is built.
Not always. Licensed Microsoft 365 Copilot users get the fullest agent experience. People with Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat can also use agents, but agents grounded in organisational content are billed by usage in Copilot Credits once an admin enables it. We map which users need licences and set spending policies for the rest.
Agents only answer from content the person asking can already open, so the main risk is existing oversharing. Before release we review permissions, sharing links and sensitivity labels on each agent knowledge sources. Agents then go through admin review in the Microsoft 365 admin center, with owners and access limited to the right people.
We set clear rules for who can create and share agents, and route agents for organisation-wide use through admin approval before they appear in the Agent Store. The Agent Registry in the Microsoft 365 admin center shows every agent, its owner and status, so IT can block, reassign or retire agents as needs change.
Yes. We help organisations across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Wollongong, choose, build and roll out Microsoft 365 agents. Workshops run on-site or online, and delivery draws on our wider Microsoft AI team across the region, so local context and practical experience come together.
Agents answer from content in your Microsoft 365 tenant that people can already access. During design, we confirm where each agent, connector and any optional model provider processes data, and reference the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Final compliance depends on your environment, data and legal obligations.
