Prove the Value First. Scale What Works.

An impressive AI demonstration does not prove that an idea will work inside your business. The real test is whether it performs with your data, fits the workflow, meets security requirements, delivers measurable value, and remains commercially viable when usage grows.

Core Offerings: AI Proof of Concept & Pilot Services

Every pilot follows the same disciplined path, so the result is evidence rather than opinion.

We confirm the business problem, users, data sources and boundaries, then agree measurable KPIs and a baseline with your business owner. A fixed scope keeps the pilot focused and stops it drifting into an unfunded project.

We choose the right fit for the job, whether a Microsoft 365 Copilot scenario, a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent or a custom build on Microsoft Foundry, and design secure connections to your data using Microsoft Entra identity controls.

We build against your actual content and workflow in short iterations with your users, so their feedback shapes the result while there is still time to adjust. You see progress early instead of waiting for a final reveal.

We check data access, responsible AI guardrails and consumption costs, including usage-based billing for Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry, so you know what running at scale would take.

We measure results against the agreed KPIs and present a go or no-go recommendation, with a roadmap, risks and next steps for production.

FAQs

An AI proof of concept is a short, fixed-scope build of one prioritised use case, tested on your real data and workflow. It shows whether the idea works, what it would cost to run and whether the architecture can scale. You finish with measured results and a go or no-go recommendation before committing to a full investment.

A proof of concept tests whether something can work technically. A pilot puts a working solution in front of a small group of real users to measure business value in everyday work. We often combine both: prove feasibility first, then run it with real users against agreed KPIs, so the decision covers technology and value together.

Strong candidates are frequent, time-consuming tasks with a clear owner and accessible data, such as answering policy questions, triaging requests, summarising documents or drafting standard responses. They should matter to the business while carrying manageable risk. If you have not chosen a use case yet, our AI Readiness Assessment helps you rank the options first.

We need a business owner who can make decisions, a few users willing to test and give feedback, access to the relevant data and systems, and support from IT and security for access approvals. Agreeing these upfront is one of the simplest ways to keep a pilot on time and on track.

Microsoft Frontier Accelerate for Copilot includes a partner-led envisioning and proof of concept engagement for eligible customers, covering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent 365 and agents. Microsoft sets the eligibility rules, and they change each financial year. We check your eligibility with Microsoft and explain the options before any work begins.

You receive a roadmap for the full build covering architecture, security, adoption and running costs. From there, we can deliver the production solution, whether that is a Copilot Studio agent, a custom agent on Microsoft Foundry or a Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout, and support it after go-live through our AI managed services.

A no-go result is still a useful outcome. You learn why the use case fell short, whether because of data quality, process fit or cost, and you avoid a much larger failed investment. Often the findings point to a better use case or a specific fix that makes a second attempt worthwhile.

Yes. We deliver AI proofs of concept and pilots for organisations across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Wollongong. Scoping sessions and user testing can run on-site or online, with local account management backed by our wider Microsoft AI delivery team.

We keep pilot data to the minimum the use case needs, apply access controls and review how personal information is handled with reference to the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. We flag where privacy or legal advice is needed. Final compliance depends on your environment, data and legal obligations.
